What will happen to me if i camp in an empty and wooded property without any man made structures but the fence in them? Will the owner come after me and kill me? Brazilian here btw

Probably nothing if you're not making a mess or causing trouble. You might get told to gtfo for trespassing. If that happens you can try offering to pay a few bucks a night to stay. Or just ask the farmer before you camp and avoid surprises, some of them are chill

How hard is it to just stay off private property? Find public land (not sure how easy that is in Brazil) or get to know someone with land, or (easier) just find an outdoors group that meets enough that you can rely on them to find outing spots. An outing's not worth getting shot over especially if you stumble on some illegal farm

Im not brazilian, Im mexican, but I think third world people behave the same.
They are going to get very angry, because they will think that you want to steal their land, once you tell them that you are just camping and you will leave tomorrow they will relax a little bit and let you camp.
