Alright, I can't seem to get this post through to /ck/.

How do I rescue my dying basil plant? It's by a window, I water twice a day, I found a little white aphid-lookin' bug and flicked it off the stem and smushed it. It does frequently get overcast and rain here, but it's been sunny lately so I don't think sun is the issue here.
