The quality of lessons will depend on the instructor much more than on the agency chosen but this doesn't matter as much for basic open water. Get certified, buy the gear and spend the next few dives mindfully working on your breathing, buoyancy and trim. If you are able to hold horizontal trim throughout the whole dive, you will be better than 75% of open water divers immediately. This is a critical skill which imo is not taught to a good enough degree
