How can I dig in a very rocky ground?
I mean, very rocky.
At home I use a crowbar, but hiking with that would kill me.
I was thinking about using a geologist pick. Would that be a good idea?

if you have access to power, get yourself a small electric jack hammer or impact drill. Instead of blasting rock, try expanding grout or cement mixes, they are used for indoor demolition work all the time.

Trying to dig through real bedrock by hand is a massive chore especially without explosives.

As I told you, I use a crowbar in my house, and have no problems with that, I pretty much mastered the techinque.
