Just get an ebike and pull a trailer full of solar panels. Now you can go anywhere in the desert, carry huge amounts of water, don’t need paperwork for your vehicle and are basically apocalypse-proof

Get a job installing solar panels. Learn them inside out and take tiny bits from the job every couple days. One screw this week, one wrench next week.. Make several trips to your secluded desert spot every year. Bury the parts in a sealed steel container with some foam in it. Eventually you will have an entire town worth of solar panels ready to go. Repeat this for the ebikes. Once you're ready, bring your basement breeding fleet to the desert and have them dig up the equipment. Boom you are an ebike warlord.

Its been a while since i read dune but i think the stillsuit filtered toxins out of the urine it collected, and even squeezed moisture from feces. It also captured the water from your breath, then it collected it all in like a camelbak.
Its one of those really neat scifi ideas bc it seems pretty possible.

No. It's a filtration system that's supposed to work by natural body movement. It filters everything out and puts the water in a bladder for you to drink again. I think we don't have them because of the shitting part.
