If you want a watch to strap on and forget about without the need to wind it, adjust it, or change the batteries, then you want a solar-powered quartz watch. There are quite a few out there that are small enough for wristlets. The picture above is a men's, 200m waterproof, solar-powered quartz watch that is only 38.5mm in diameter and is specifically made for wristlets. It comes in many colours.
For solar-powered quartz watches, you pretty much want to be looking at something from Seiko, Citizen, or Casio. That's about it.
