Hey /out/ I travel through the US for my job and I want to have good, but light gear, that also makes me look homeless and dangerous so real homeless drug addicts leave me alone when I'm on the greyhound and Amtrak and in cities.

I'm toying with the idea of sleeping outside too, so I save on money. Is there a good sleeping bag and backpack combo for this? Ideally I could just fit everything into one backpack. I've slept outside without anything and it sucks pretty bad, so I definitely want some sort of cover.

I'm thinking I would also want a small camera bag for my camera so that I can "shoot" dangerous homeless people too haha.
