>>2481387There are none. If you step through a creek all normal boots are going to be wet for a few days even without a waterproof membrane.
The only quick drying boots are mediumweight all-leather boots with no lining or padding (like redwings, lundhags); or rubber boots. Those will be "damp", and no longer truely wet about 1 hour after crossing a creek.
If you are ok with having wet boots for 1 or 2 days after stepping through a creek you can go with jungleboots, or otherwise sportshoes/boots that have a lot of mesh and cordura.
