metronidazole, sold as the brand Flagyl.
Ivermectin may work since its a broad spectrum anti parasite.
Giardia is beginning to becoming drug resistant. Fun!
Also drink tons and tons of (clean) water, dehydration can kill you very quickly.

So many faggots in /out/ these days.
It's tremendously hard to find information on natural medicine because of how many outright lies both big pharma and snake oil merchants tell people.
I don't even believe half my reference books.

Commercially i thing the most common pharma treatment is Metronidazole, owing it it's effectiveness against a range of parasites which gives some leeway in diagnosis.

Organically?
Raw garlic is effective against a lot of digestive parasites, I'd bet money that raw garlic would fuck giardia around.
I'm looking through my manuals and it's all bullshit otherwise.

All edible in sensible quantities and concentrations.
By sensible concentrations i mean don't eat essential oils because they are toxic on contact and can do you a lot of harm.

Anti parasitic drugs aren't going to be good for you, the big pharma ones come with a host of side effects as well.

Personally i eat an enormous amount of alliums to begin with, i eat the raw heart of every onion i cut up, and i use garlic like a Greek- so let me tell you that you can eat a shit load of raw alliums.

Last time i hurt my stomach i ate a whole bunch of perennial walking onions raw, but i didn't really suffer any ill effects.

This, i frequently go to the creeks with my friends and drink. Every time I get drunk there I get too lazy to filter or bring water so i just chug from the creek. Soon after I have terrible shits. I repeat for a few weeks in a row because im too dumb to learn and now it hardly affects me.

I want to believe this, but it sounds to much like “oh poison ivy doesn’t affect me”.

That being said, I’m relatively indiscriminate about drinking from creeks as long as I’m sure there’s no human shit or chemicals in them. When I finally do get sick, hopefully it will be worth the years of not having to mess with filters.

Weekend 2(still have the shits from the first weekend), drink raw water. Bad shits for 4 days

Weekend 4 drink raw water. Miner upset stomach but not even a day of bad shits.
And thats how it is. My guts arnt perfect but drinking raw water now may only give me a single slightly runny shit. Your body is extremely adaptive and you just have to utilize that. Sorry for poor post format i cant be assed to make it look pretty. Also for location the creek is in northwest florida.
