Behavior tips

No.2485333 View ViewReplyOriginalReport
So today me and the family(parents and cousin and his family) took a trip to a national park with a nature center in it. We went to the nature center and the cousin is inside before the rest of us get in. We see he's talking to someone and walk up to him. keep in mind this cousin is the type that butts into conversations without regard and is definitely a loudmouth.

I see a park employee holding a baby alligator in her hand showing it to a little 5 year old girl and her mom and I'm assuming my cousin has butted into their conversation uninvited. I walk up and my cousin is like "do you want to touch it?" he says that to all of us, I say no because I see the lady holding it is visibly annoyed and I ask her what it is.she says its a baby alligator and my cousin again tells me to touch it but I say "no I don't wanna annoy it"

Then he pressures like half my family(of 6) to go and touch it while at the same time the lady is having the conversation with the little girl.

He keeps going at me over and over "touch it man its not scary just touch it its not wet" when that's not even the fucking reason I'm not touching it.

It keeps getting really awkward with him constantly telling all of us to touch it and then I say "its something for kids lets just move on" and everyone leaves and goes off to the rest of the nature center.

Question: how would you have reacted? What would you have said and done?
