/out/, I really need some help. I live in a big city and I want nothing more than to leave and go live somewhere in the wilderness. I live in california. I hate it here. The laws are insane and this place has become a police state. I am flat broke, ill be honest. I have a small income but its not enough to do anything with. Im in my early 20's and I have no family. All I want to do is live in peace, away from this police state garbage. Im asking you brothers and sisters, to help me live my dream. I want to build a cabin from scratch, shit in a hole and cover it up, wash my clothes in a bucket, shit my pants when a bear is near my cabin, drink water from a river. I just want to live free and as far as im concerned I am abandoning society and I have no regard foe civilization at this point. I see this country collapsing. Please give me some ideas, I need to know where I can go, and how. Ive sat for countless hours on google maps looking for a suitable place to set up near me, but ill be honest the bay area isnt known for its wilderness. Please help me leave /out/, im willing to do anything besides commit suicide at this point.
