I dont have any real attachments to the world, and ive always dreamed about it. I know i would probably never do it, but i cant help to wonder if it would even be possible.
Is it completely infeasible for a person to buy a plot of land in Alaska or something, drive up there in early spring with a car packed full of supplies, and never return to the developed world?
In my daydreams i build a little log cabin with a loft, a root cellar and a wood burning stove. I have a small coop with chickens, a dairy cow, a dog for companionship, and a large vegetable garden.
