>>2487503You're right anon. I think I went full retard, my base layer was a dri-fit shirt instead of an undershirt, it's a tight fit around the body so I thought it'd do a good job collecting sweat, which it did but then when it got cold and windy, the damp shirt was chilling every inch of my torso.
I was in a big hiking party and couldn't stop anytime to change clothes and the changes in weather and steepness and pace fucked me up
>>2487515Great explanation thank you.
>you can wear way fewer clothes than you thinkDressed very light initially but it was too warm even for that, took a layer off a bit too late, then we hit a very steep section in a cold shaded part of a forest at a strong pace and I was already sweaty af so wearing less layers I felt the convection fucking me up but adding a layer just made me sweat more. Never hiking in an 80 people party again unless it's in the army
>>2487558I'm familiar with long covid symptoms, and actually the first weird thing I got was on 4-5th day of having covid, I got strong dull gripping stabbing pain all around my ribcage, front and back everywhere, got scared shitless thought the virus spread all over my lungs, but it stopped after a few hours. It happened again 2 days after my hiking trip where my body got cold and damp, sharp stabbing pains all over my torso for 3-4 hours.
So the other day I check long covid symptoms list and the 3rd or 4th one was "pleuritic chest pain", apparently the sheets around the lungs rub against each other and start hurting, matches my description as it's said it can hurt in the back and front ie everywhere the lungs are. So you could be right anon. Probably mix of long covid, cold stress and being underslept fucked my immune system.
Dont lose hope tho I lost my sense of smell fully after first covid for 4 months, thought my nose was done for life then suddenly I got it back full force one day.
Btw had 11h of sleep last 3 days in a row feeling much better, try it anon
