I was in New Mexico riding 4wheelers. I recognize an expensive titanium and carbon bikes. Some bikers were taking a break at an overlook on a gravel road. Like 10 miles from nearest town. I saw an ATV rider monster truck crush three bikes like totally trash the bikes and then just haul ass and he was gone. Not sure what happened after that but shimano parts were flying

I want to do the GAP trail from Pittsburgh to cumberland, maybe even go on to DC but don't have too much experience with multiple day trips. Do I just dive in and go for it? Not even the most in shape I just enjoy biking recreationally

You get that experience by actually going, do it bro. Last year I hadn't ride a bike in ages and went for a 400 miles touring trip where I slept on wood benches in public parks.

Anon help me, the hipster inside me suffers whenever I sit on my mtb because everyone has one and its nothing special.

The cyclist inside me suffers when it's forced to keep pedalling and being unable to to tackle hills
