plant identification

i have been looking into this and I am having a hard time finding out what these are

this one I think is holly or chokeberry but I don't know if it could be something else

I have multiple of these that grow on their own around my scrap metal pile and stack of steel tube and stuff
I cut them off and I would guess they grow 3 feet a year

i it's best if I know exactly what these are because I would like to dig them up and plant them as a hedge row in the spring

this one is 6 1/2 feet tall

the other 4-6 feet ones have a little curve in the leaves at the top but not nearly as much

there has been some night temperature in the 20s but only the lower leaves have recently turned yellow
they are largely unaffected by cold weather as many maple trees are bare or 90% leaves gone

lonicera is looking promising
problem is I have only recently took this much interest in these so I don't even remember if they made flowers
leaf shape and berries are looking like a possible match
will continue on this for a few minutes

it seems these can be a problem in the northeast but I live in northern Illinois there's no problem of these spreading too much
>around here the natural landscape is already a lot of big tough bushes
sometimes there is a very thick spot of bushes covered in thorns and then a thorn bearing vine has grown over it too
I push through to a slightly more open area where I can stand up straight and there is a piece of branch broken off stuck to my arm with its hook shaped thorns
people on /out/ often say there are no activities to do here but sometime i might come back with some pics
>fun fact- we are number one in tornadoes in December so I could show you some crazy wind ripping across frozen fields hard enough to push me across a sheet of ice
went hunting on a snow and tornado day before

Anon if you live in Illinois like you say then that’s Lonicera maackii. It’s a massive invasive problem for the central and southern part of the state.

The berries get eaten by birds and spread far and wide. The nutrient content is shit so it’s not good for wildlife either. If your summers keep getting longer up there then it will likely become a problem in the northern part of the state as well.
