The weather in south west UK is absolutely terrible at the moment. I am going on a training course with the army for a couple of weeks in a few days, much of which will be spent outside, on exercise.

Do you sometimes enjoy going hiking & camping when the weather is really bad, /out/? There's something really satisfying and adventurous about it, for me. As long as you prepare well and don't do anything stupid, barring any major accidents, you can have a great time. It's probably less fun when you're doing it with the army, but I might just go on my own trip when I get back.
