I'm looking for footwear recommendations to be used daily during fall/winter that can also be used to go /out/.
Durable, comfortable, lightweight, non autistic looking.

I'll tell you exactly what you are going to do:
You will buy cheap cushiony china shit and replace it every 4 months.

This is an allrounder:
modern construction, medium durability (about 1000 miles, buy new once or twice a year if used daily)
very comfortable for a boot
relatively lightweight 3 pounds per pair
non autistic

Can be used on anything from winter to summer, from concrete, work, urban, to trails, to mountains, to wilderness.

I would recommend you start with a light boot like a quest 4d and then work your way up to heavier boots each year. Its very easy and just takes some time, eventually you will be comfortable wearing a boot like pic rel for everything, and the pair will last for 5 to 15 years of daily use.

just got my second pair after 5 years; the first one are still ok but they need new soles
I didn't bother since I've stabbed an axe in my foot and I have no way of fixing the hole myself

Boots or high-tops in general are for denser and steeper environments off-trail imho, unless you have previous lower leg/ankle injuries they’re overkill, heavy, and fatiguing for trail/daily work. If you’re looking at deeper snow, gaiters and waterproofing would be a good call.
