just go to the doctor and get pink eye drops prescribed. they'll probably even do it over a virtual consult, they did for me. clears up really quick.

Did you have any cuts on your hands or splash the water on your face? You might even have lepto if there was some piss in the water from an infected animal, in which case you could get pretty fucked up if you don't get some antibiotics into you. Are the eyes also yellowish? Go to doctor my dude he can give you something to put in your eyes and maybe run some further tests
