I know it’s vague but I figure no one here probably has the diseases anyway, as they’re very specific.

Just general health issues, poor resilience etc.

It totally depends on the issue and what sport you're trying to do. My dad tried taking up indoor rock climbing with bad arthritis, shit didn't last long for him.
