I harvested these things yesterday and fried them up with butter and garlic (and green beans). I think I let them dry out too much as they matured, because they were kinda tough and papery around the fringes. I'm trying for a second batch from the same kit.

Planning on growing some mushrooms from May to mid August. Seems pretty easy other than maintaining temperatures (day temps from May-August can be high and then it can go to the 50's at night. Any ideas on maintaining temperatures? Thinking about growing both blue oysters and either B+ or Golden Teachers.
