Naturehike has some good tents around your pricepoint, but they are ultralight (and thus not milspec of some shit like that).
Stuff like the Naturehike Cloud 1 will cost you 119,95€ (so something similar in dollars), plus you get a 15$ discount at the checkout (current event specific). That's 104$ for a pretty good 1 person tent. Also packs down really small, so it'll easily fit in a bugout bag. I have a Cloud 2 and it's pretty great for the money.
For around 150$ you can get a Mongar 2 or a Lanshan.
If you truly want to stay under 100$, get a bivy style tent.
You obviously pay some premium for it being light, and compactable, but those are both advantageous for hiking and bugout shit, so it's worth it I'd say.
