That tower at the end must be the Mountparnasse, wich should be at about 6,5km from where the photo was taken.
From the alineatio of the tower with the buildings behaind, I think it is the North East part of the city.
Other clues that I tried are the orientation of the TV antenas, wich shoulfd be facing the nearest TV transmisor, and the parking that appears to be in the tree crouded street.
Thats all I can think of
