He /out/, casual /p/er here.
The weather is changing into bullshit, and I am chasin owls this winter, so I will be spending lots of time out in the boonies squatting in the snow.
Unfortunately, most of my wardrobe atm is twee bullshit I thought looked cool that is not very warm. I am also not so great on funds right now due to paying for an emergency procedure for my cat.
I live in western new york, and will probably not be camping, maybe spending the night in my van but i have a sleeping bag for at. It will usually get down to single digit temperatures in the late winter (freedom units ofc I will die before I use metric outside a classroom)
What is the absolute cheapest place I can find stuff like this? I have a decend ski jacket, a pair of flannel lined jeans, and a couple of 100% wool sweaters but that is pretty much it.
Boots should be first right?
