how do you make your jerky for camping?
i want to make some for an upcoming trip but have never done it before, from what I read you need to salt-cure it for 24 hours beforehand, then dry it on a low temperature (70 to 100 C) for a long time, like 4 hours. I only have a normal oven, no fancy dehydrator or anything, any recipes for normal oven anons?
