What are the best methods and gear for sleeping in various conditions?
Mine is currently sleeping mat and sleeping bag, if it's colder I'll be wearing heavier clothes inside the bag because it's just rated for mildly cold (MIN 5C), but for now it's ok because I'm a beginner and doing non extreme stuff.
I would like to buy a carinthia defence 4 because it seems a very good all around bag that I can in both very cold and temperate weather, and even hot nights if I open it but at that point I'd use a wool blanket or nothing.
Are there better methods?
Should I buy a woobie(us milsurp ones seem good)?
