Can I feasibly do any winter /out/ings at this time of year in Europe and outside of Scandinavia.
By winter I mean low-lying or at least snow on walkable paths, I have winter experience but I want to do something outside of Scandinavia and Scotland, NA and Asia are out of question thanks to visas.
