I had the plan of going to the forest to sleep this night, but I changed my mind even tho I have my backpack ready.

I have a tarp, a hancock and a sleeping bag.

I could still go, but I cannot bring myself to do it and it will probably be quite miserable to be honest.

Go but only stay for one night. You will enjoy your home more when you get back and you can still say you've done it. Sometimes in life you have to force yourself to do things you don't want to do. It gives you perspective.
