Treadwell and McCandless were truly passionate about nature and died doing what they loved, Irwin was a trash tv host who made documentaries bereft of didactical qualities, replacing divulgation with cheap thrills and exploitation. He died because he never learned how to properly handle animals even though his entire career is based on it.
