So I am one of the people that loves the outdoors, camping, climbing, kayaking, hiking, etc, but get really bored traveling the same hills or trails that are just walks or challenging climbs.

I wanted something more to do while outdoors so I just picked up on the potential of finding semi-precious stones, gems, and metals while out and about.

Anyone else have photos that show off their finds in the field? Post whatever you find, even if its just a rock that looks odd and has a lot of different layers in them.
