Today I spotted a large black figure across the woods. I walked towards it thinking it was a hollowed out tree but when I got over to it there was only a small stump. After returning to the spot where I took the photo the large black object in the photo was no longer there. I didn’t hear any running or footsteps. Wtf did I see? I am genuinely creeped out and hike this area a few times per month.
