He wanted to design a really cool jacket-poncho hybrid and sell the design to an established company. None of them took his offer, so he went factory direct and has been selling them for years. It kind of sucks because you have to email him to see what he has available (there are different sizes, capacities, colors, and materials), and he only accepts PayPal. It would be a lot easier if they were made by HMG or a bigger guy like Arctyrex or something.
