There are literally hundreds of top-tier craftsmen in the US who forge full-tang, high-carbon steel knives, machetes, daggers, etc. and then sell them online. These days, they're also making folders, since some people like to collect knives.
Anyone too stupid and cheap to find himself a good knoife in this country deserves what he gets.
