I work outside (invasive control) and we have noticed less and less bugs every year at work. When I was a boy you'd leave the porch light on and the screen would be covered in a huge variety of insects, now I'm lucky to have a couple moths. It was dry this year, and thats definitely part of it, but year after yer there are fewer and fewer bugs. More concerning to me this year was the starling migration. I saw one small clump of them, where the fuck did they go? I'm glad there are less starlings, but I'm worried it's an omen of things to come.
