So to put a long story short I wore my newish hiking boots that I wore once or twice before to a 6 mile hike that took 2.5 hrs and had a lot of ups and downs.
I left pretty late to start the hike, so it was starting to get dark and I was completely alone and in a huge hurry to get back. My right foot was dying but I didn’t want to waste time to stop and put a bandaid on (also was scared I’d get eaten by a bear).
Anyway I got home and it’s not just a blister, it’s a straight up wound so the skin has peeled off and has exposed pink skin underneath and it hurts.
Can I put moleskin on it or what do I do now? I really wanna go hiking again tmrw (1 week later)
