This is a weight loss drug called DNP. It aggressively raises your body temperature.

Can I use this to stay warm in winter climates? I feel like it would be a great survival tool.

I miss such Threads. I think if you don't too much to cook your organs it would be fine. You have to take more than bodybuilder/riders to survive cold death but afaik it you die cold death you will also have some heat up phases from your last energy.
