I was msging a Meetup group leader about an event, but he took super long to reply and after I said I would send him the money he just never replied.

I was looking forward to going a lot but he just seems very unhelpful, uncaring and like he couldn’t care less if I come

Plus there’s only a total of 8 spots for the event, and it’s going to be in bear country and we’re going to be close, so does it at least kind of makes sense that I feel a bit let down that he didn’t seem to give a fuck if I went or not?

I just want someone to validate my feelings. I thought I could find some sort of community with this group but it just seems like that won’t be happening. I don’t feel welcome and I don’t want to go anymore.
