I live in a 512sqft 4 season cottage on an acre of riverfront with my gf, a dog, 2 cats and 2 kids. It forces us to be outside, there is enough room to have a small private area for each person when we need to be left alone, and it isnt nearly as cramped when the weather is too bad to be /out/ as some 220sqft trailer.
Added bonus is I dont have to worry about the tire pressure on my home.
