Don't mean to crush your dreams, just mean to draw attention to how "the wilderness" is a pretty ignorant idea. There's no vast stretches of unexplored land even in the US. It's all either sold as property exploited for resources, like lots of pine forest is actually tree farms. Or it's land that's meant to be used recreationally for hiking, meaning there will be people there often.
You'll be able to find like a dozen good places on Google Earth if you look really hard though.
