You can order them through the mail (the other Anon said you can’t buy them online, which seems about right lol), or get a free electronic copy and have it printed at FedEx/Kinko’s for like $1.50. You can’t print it at home unless you have a large format printer.
If you want a more specific area, for instance just part of a quadrant, or an area that’s contained in more than one quadrant, CalTopo is the best bet. The free version only allows printing 11x11, and again, you’ll have to have them printed at Kinko’s for $1.50.
