Hey guys, sorry if this is a stupid question but only ever gone camping once before in my life and it was only for two nights

but this upcoming august I want to go check out this beachfront hostel for a week or two, it seems really fun because of the social aspect and its cheap to camp on the beach there, besides a tent what else should I need?

I assume a cot or futon, sleeping bag, wool blankets, thermal pajamas, water filtration system, anything else I'm missing?

Also would I get too bored camping for longer than a week in the same place? I would be travelling alone so staying at the hostel seems preferrable to being all alone in a national park.
