Started first time I hiked in the cold. I didn’t feel very cold but my toes remained numb for weeks and haven’t recovered.
I just went on another hike. I was dressed very warmly and sweating the whole time. It was relatively cold outside (-7C/19F). My socks were a bit wet but my feet didn’t feel cold,
I got home and took my socks off and my toes feel EVEN MORE numb than before:
Has anyone had this and please help im scared
