Bring a pot to boil water, a coffee mug, and make hot cocoa.
Keep water bottles inside your sleeping bag and jacket so you have warm water to drink at night and in the morning.
Keep your pack and other gear inside the tent to minimize the air inside.
Try to cover the tent with a tarp or something for better insulation and wind resistance.
Layers. And more layers. I wore three shirts+sweater+jacket. And you want good hats and gloves. And blankets.
