Any good 3 season double wall tent is going to handle most rain just fine. The main tent body might be mesh but the rain fly is what is actually protects from the rain. It is possible in prolonged rain for that material to saturate but that doesn't mean it just rolls right through. For what it's worth, the presence of a full mesh body vs a partially nylon and mesh body is not what differentiates a 3 season from a 4 season. I don't even like those terms much because a '4 season' tent is not needed to camp in the cold.
>>2533175There is always a chance of condensation because the person or persons inside exhale moist, warm air. More airflow helps so it's less common with mesh bodies but still possible. In below freezing weather its normal to have frost in the interior collect on the tent interior from your breath in the morning.
