I'm planning a fishing trip during lent and only want to eat what I catch in combination with light fasting but I hear a lot of the water in the us is too polluted to eat large quantities of fish from, what are some clean bodies of water I could fish at that are open during winter? I wanted to go to crater lake but it seems like the only trail to the water is closed during the winter so I'm not sure of a good place to go
