id like to purchase an extremely special knife. i know it sounds weird but id like to use this knife for drawing blood (ON MY OWN BODY) like basically i want to exchange blood with my wife. anyways that part is not important.

can i be pointed to the best /sharpest knives that are also very well crafted i can go pick from? preferably not mass produced. i dont want to spend much obviously but id say ny budget is 1K. i guess, sharpness and not rusting would be the key attributes. not folding. well crafted made well, important and soulful etc. like if i could buy a katana but just a little knife for home. something i could pass down.
