I want a bug out bag. I’m fucking paranoid and I want to go to the forest. I need some gear advice. I did basic research but I couldn’t find anything for my situation. I need some rugged gear that lasts. I would genuinely appreciate some advice. I just want to be happy.

Take meds and go for a nice 1 hour walk on a nature trail, you don't need to bring anything but dress for the weather and wear good comfortable shoes. You can bring a water bottle. Enjoy.

Yeah that's what the meds are for but I've read that just going for a 1 hour walk in nature is really good for your mental health so that would probably work for you as well.

I would be more focused on trying to fortify your home, as long as it's a stable environment. Instead of a bug out bag I would look for a get-home bag where, if you are out and about when shit hits the fan, you have what you need to get home at all costs.
