The dude puts out high quality content when he can. Having covered so many different MREs, I would assume it can be time consuming and expensive to obtain the rarer ones he doesn't have yet. Plus the time it takes to do the video and edit it.
So just chill and rewatch some of his old stuff. Please stop asking where he is. Its getting old. I think one way to combat this is to have a stickied post on the sub explaining these things so people stop asking.
