Has anyone here climbed the trap dike in winter? Local alpine club is planning a trip there, just wondering what to expect that isn't ad copy. I ice climb up to WI4 and have been leading 2's and 3's, I also spend a lot of time in do-not-fall zones while working as a field geologist, but have no experience or training in avy terrain.
