What are some outdoor sports I can get into with no experience as 20 year old with no friends? I’m also poor working part time and doing school so it can’t be too expensive

Just about any that don't require a lot of specific equipment and training. Like you're not going to get into Hang Gliding on a budget.

Fishing, Hunting, Backpacking, Hiking, Bushcrafting, etc can all be done on a budget. And you'll end up making friends.

With no experience and low budget you can try easier hiking (before you get it figured out there's no point attempting anything more demanding anyway) or low profile (stealth if you are one of the brain hemorrhage types) camping. Contrary to what you may think after seeing shit posted by the local gear masturbation cult you don't have to spend a lot on that, look up MYOG on YT, look for your local surplus peddlers and charity shops and you can kit out for next to nothing in short order. Once you can go out and stay out you will figure out for yourself what you would like to do.

Hike is free and gets you familiar with your local biome. Familiarize yourself with your states trees, flowers, wildlife etc.
Slowly build up gear for backpacking. Always hike with all your gear to get your quads used to the load.
Fishing/hunting is next. I'll recommend fishing since it's cheaper than buying a .22 rifle and hunting small game. Learn to clean and cook whatever you catch.

You can buy a bolt action .22 for around 100 bucks. Fishing is fun, but plnking and shooting squirrels and rabbits is more fun.
I've shot hundreds of squirrels with this.
