>>2541828I'd like to see you try and hunt elk or mule deer in the backcountry of Idaho or Montana. No sitting in a blind drinking all day, miles and miles of hiking, lots of elevation change, hours of glassing, always having to stay downwind, successfully caling them in range, getting a good shot, potentially following a blood trail for a long time without losing it, then packing out hundreds of pound of meat on foot before it spoils or grizzlys come for it. You don't know what the fuck your talking about.
>>2541984I dont know how it works in other states, but in my state you only have to wear blaze orange when hunting large game. Deer, elk, moose are all somewhat colorblind and see the orange as a shade if brown. Turkeys on the other hand have better eyesight than humans, it's there only defense against predators(besides flying away). Camouflage is extremely important when turkey hunting, moreso than any other type of game. More hunting accidents happen during turkey season than any other season, because dumb boomers shooting anything that moves before properly IDing their game.
